By downloading, installing, or using Muslim Therapy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Muslim Therapy is a spiritual wellness application that provides prayer time tracking, Quran reading, dhikr counting, AI-powered spiritual guidance, meditation sessions, Qibla finding, and community features. The App is designed as a spiritual wellness companion and is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy or clinical treatment.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of spiritual wellness and personal development. You may not use the App to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, distribute harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

5. AI Spiritual Guidance

The AI Spiritual Counselor feature provides guidance based on classical Islamic texts and verified sources. However, this is not a fatwa service and should not be treated as authoritative religious rulings. For important religious matters, please consult with a qualified local scholar or imam. The AI responses are for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes only.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing is handled by the respective platform. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription management. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Muslim Therapy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Quranic text is the word of Allah and is freely available to all. Translations and tafsir content are used with appropriate licenses.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prayer times, Qibla direction, or AI-generated content. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the App. The App is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or religious advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslim Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
